This tour begins at GK Machine, a long-standing, family-owned manufacturer with deep roots in the Mid-Willamette Valley. The tour will also include Canopii (SEDCOR's 2024 Innovative Product of the Year), an emerging ag-tech startup housed on the same property. SEDCOR's Industry Tours are quarterly guided tours of local facilities across the Willamette Valley. These tours aim to give SEDCOR members a behind-the-scenes look at the products and businesses made in the region, highlight the economic impact of these businesses on the local community, and showcase projects that SEDCOR is involved with. SEDCOR Industry Tours occur quarterly - the date, time, and attendance spots will vary depending on the businesses we tour. We want to make sure we accommodate the business and aren't hindering their operations. Attendees will drive themselves to the business and carpooling is highly encouraged. SEDCOR Industry Tours are exclusive to SEDCOR members only and are free to attend. Registration is required to attend so we can account for how many people will be on the tour. Please limit 3 people per organization. In certain cases, it may be necessary for us to cancel registrations. Be assured that we will carefully consider all factors before making such a decision and will communicate that directly.
