Join SEDCOR for a unique Winter Industry Tour, brought to you by Pacific Crest Real Estate Advisors, featuring a “double-header” visit to GK Machine and Canopii - two companies operating side by side and demonstrating how collaboration across generations of business drives innovation and regional economic growth.

This tour begins at GK Machine, a long-standing, family-owned manufacturer with deep roots in the Mid-Willamette Valley. Known for its precision fabrication and complex industrial projects, GK Machine represents the strength and stability of Oregon’s advanced manufacturing sector. The tour will also include Canopii (SEDCOR's 2024 Innovative Product of the Year), an emerging ag-tech startup housed on the same property. Canopii is redefining controlled-environment agriculture through innovative greenhouse technology designed to improve efficiency, sustainability, and food production. Together, GK Machine and Canopii illustrate how established companies and entrepreneurs can work together to strengthen the regional economy, support workforce development, and accelerate new ideas from concept to scale.

About SEDCOR Industry Tours 

SEDCOR's Industry Tours are quarterly guided tours of local facilities across the Willamette Valley. These tours aim to give SEDCOR members a behind-the-scenes look at the products and businesses made in the region, highlight the economic impact of these businesses on the local community, and showcase projects that SEDCOR is involved with. SEDCOR Industry Tours occur quarterly - the date, time, and attendance spots will vary depending on the businesses we tour. We want to make sure we accommodate the business and aren't hindering their operations. Attendees will drive themselves to the business and carpooling is highly encouraged. SEDCOR Industry Tours are exclusive to SEDCOR members only and are free to attend. Registration is required to attend so we can account for how many people will be on the tour. Please limit 3 people per organization. In certain cases, it may be necessary for us to cancel registrations. Be assured that we will carefully consider all factors before making such a decision and will communicate that directly.

Please arrive promptly at 10 am. The tour will start immediately and we want to respect the business' time.
