Clutch Industries is the construction-development company for our property projects. We build apartments, mixed-use, adaptive reuse projects in the Willamette Valley. We have multiple projects in development for 2022. We typically build for our own team but have recently partnered with landowners and investors for our larger, multifamily builds.
