Cascade Capital Funding is a private, non-profit SBA Certified Development Company (CDC) established in 1983 to offer financial and technical assistance to Oregon's small businesses. The organization helps Oregon companies expand their businesses, purchase real estate, machinery and equipment and create jobs in their communities through a partnership with local banks and the SBA's 504 Loan Program.
