The Club delivers on it's promise to provide youth, especially those who need us most, with 360 degree support to reach their full potential, with a focus on academic success, leadership and healthy lifestyles. In addition to our daily programming, T3: Training Teens for Tomorrow (T3) is a subsidiary program of the Boys & Girls Club of Salem, Marion and Polk Counties. T3 is an intentional response to Oregon’s youth academic and career-related skills gap. T3 is a comprehensive teen education, prevention and employment program that prepares youth with 21st century skills set that align with future career pathways and industry trends.
